Refund & Return Policy

Pink & Purple is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering quality products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • A wrong item has been delivered.
  • The product has manufacturing defects.
  • The product received has a significant colour mismatch from the item ordered.

Return Request Time Limit

  • Return or replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Requests submitted after the 3-day period may not be accepted.

Proof Required

To process your request, you must provide:

  • An unboxing video showing the package being opened.
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging highlighting the issue.
  • Order details, including your order number and contact information.

Failure to provide the required unboxing video or supporting photographs may result in the rejection of the return or replacement request.

Refund & Replacement Process

  1. Contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Share the required unboxing video, photographs, and order details.
  3. Our team will review the request and verify the issue.
  4. Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund, as applicable.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery.
  • Minor variations in colour, design, or appearance that may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or handcrafted product characteristics.
  • Requests without valid proof, including the required unboxing video/photos.
